Skyrim's Hearthfire DLC Arrives September 4 For The 360
If you love houses, children, and Skyrim, then you're in luck, because that's what this new DLC for the popular fantasy RPG focuses on. Hearthfire will allow you to construct your own house, give it add-ons, and adopt some children to fill whatever empty space remains. When you're not busy slaying dragons, or other people, you'll be able to work on making your home the greatest in all of Skyrim (the land).
You'll be able to build rooms that are suited to a certain profession, like alchemy. If you want a personal armory, complete with battleaxes, greatswords, and the like, you'll be able to have that too. That being said, if you're looking for enemies to test out a new weapon or skill, you'll be sorely disappointed.
Hearthfire will release on September 4 for the Xbox 360, through the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, and it'll cost 400 Microsoft Points (or $5). Bethesda has yet to discuss release dates for other platforms.
